We realize that getting through the holidays can be difficult with divorce recovery, but we are here to tell you - it is not impossible. Give yourself permission to feel sad, angry, hurt, and/or lonely. It is all normal. But, the sooner you start to make your own new holiday traditions, the sooner you start to feel better about the holidays. Have a great New Year and thanks to you - all the listeners near and far.
